Delivery charges

This question was asked by

I’m trying to find out what the charge would be for one plant (e.g Heuchera) shipped to Harrow in London.

Is the delivery charge cheaper if you buy more than one plant? Or is the charge per plant?

Hi kate
The delivery charge is £9.95 for 1 to 5 plants
6 plants and over is £8.95
We use a courier, that is what it costs us
Hope that helps

I am thinking of adding heuchera or tiarella to my over winter containers. Are they suitable plants for this? Your advice would be appreciated.

Hi Jacky
Both Heuchera and Tiarella are great for winter colour in any type of containers as long as they have plenty of drainage
They all hate been water logged
Hope this helps

Heuchera

This question was asked by
Arthur S

Can you recomend which heuchera would be best in shady conditions.
Also Which Heuchera would be best to grow as a ground cover in shady conditions
Regards
Arthur Sloper

Hi Arther
All limes grow very well in shade even deep shade
If its light shade them most will do well
Heuchera lime Marmalade is a great variety or heucherella catching fire and fan dancer are lovely varieties too.
Or you could go for a trailing heucherella such as Yellowstone falls as these would creep too and give good ground cover
Hope this helps
Kind regards
Vicky

Lots of Colourful Heuchera for your Garden ready now

We realise that it’s hard to plan what to purchase and that our stock is dependent on so many things, not least of all ensuring our plants are as healthy as they can be so they are ready to go! Couple that with sometimes plants get sold as quickly as we can add them to the website.

With that said, we have plenty of these Heuchera available for sale so you have a great chance of getting what you’d like.

Heuchera ‘Wild Rose’ has stunning rose-purple foliage which really stands out in a crowd! Deep purple veining and a good tidy habit.

Heuchera ‘Cranberry’ Indian Summer Series has stunning red semi ruffled foliage with lovely wands of white flowers
Neat habit and very attractive to bees.

Heuchera ‘Lime Marmalade’ RHS Award of Garden Merit (AGM) Very frilly dense lime-green foliage, with white flowers on tall stems.
