We prefer you to order online really as its safer, you also get all the correct emails that you would expect ..
Telephone orders create loads extra paper work for me, it so time consuming its not that we don’t want to chat but its writing it down, adjusting the stock levels manually, having to type out all your details in manually to create a label etc.
If you lactually cannot order or have tried and failed I will ring you if I have your phone number by email.
Its very busy at the moment so every second counts ..
Theres only Richard and I no one else..so we do everything including growing the plants!
