First time I’ve ordered from you and have to say you have completely restored my faith in online nurseries! Ordering process was quick and easy, Mr. DHL arrived 10 minutes early this afternoon with an undamaged box containing my two Red Dress heucheras (been looking for these for ages) and a Tiarella Crow Feather which were extremely well packed and very secure. Plants look stunning (hope I can keep them that way!). And a nice handwritten note on the delivery note about the colours of Red Dress.Thank you so much for a lovely experience and beautiful plants. Although its a few weeks since we received our plants from you Id just like to express our thanks for the very swift delivery and also for the brilliant condition of the heucheras when they arrived. We have had plants from many companies over the years and have generally been disappointed with the state of them upon arrival. But NOT yours! They were so well packed and in such brilliant condition that we were amazed. Especially since most of them were free. We entered our name into a draw at southport flower show, never expecting to win a thing, but you contacted us to say we had won and so we placed our order with a couple of extras and were astounded with your wondercul plants.
